Orthopedic Fellowship 2010-2011
Terrence Philbin, DO (Fellowship Director)
OFAC participates in the Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Fellowship Match program sponsored by the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society. Currently, we’re accepting applications for the 2010-2011 program.
For M.D. and D.O. candidates who seek further training in the treatment of foot and ankle disorders, the AOFAS sponsors a matched position program. The Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Fellowship Program requires graduation from medical school, and is dependent upon successful completion of an approved orthopedic residency program. This program is an unbiased and transparent process to best match applicants to foot and ankle fellowship programs on a competitive basis.
Fellowship Application
Please visit the AOFAS website to find out more about this program or to formally apply for the orthopedic fellowship program. Also, please email Angie Dykes at dykesaj@orthofootankle.com to let us know you are applying.
*For all non-US applicants, please note that this is a non-matched position. Please use the Orthopedic Fellowship application provided in the link below. You should not use the application process on the AOFAS website. You will be responsible for your own VISA and Ohio State medical license.
