Dr. Berlet has completed postgraduate fellowship training in foot and ankle surgery and sports medicine. He consults with the Columbus Blue Jackets and The Ohio State University Department of Athletics. He is a devoted patient advocate who strongly believes that quality of education and training make a difference in the outcomes of treatment.

Beyond his patient care responsibilities, he is also heavily involved in education and research. He is Chief of the Division of Foot and Ankle Surgery at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health and is the author of more than 100 scientific publications. Dr. Berlet and his wife Diane relocated from his native Canada to Westerville, Ohio, where they are raising their two daughters, Logan and Jenna.
