Dr. Philbin completed his orthopedic residency at the Ohio University’s Doctor’s Hospital and a foot andankle fellowship at Cleveland Clinic. He has served as the medical director of the Foot and Ankle Division at Grant Medical Center and as a Board Member for the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society. Dr. Philbin is the director of the OFAC Fellowship. He also consults with the Columbus Blue Jackets,  The Ohio State University and Ohio University Athletics, and is the team physician for Olentangy Liberty High School Football.
